Step 1 - How do the first steps work?

If I've piqued your interest and you'd like more information, please send me an email. Please indicate that you'd like to request a quote.

The following points are important for me to know for this quotation:

-What kind of building do you have?
- How many rooms/spaces should be included in the photo?
- How many photos do you need per room/space?
Would you like more photos of, for example, the parking lot, the exterior of the house, public areas inside the house, etc.? If so, how many?
- Location of your property.

Once you've submitted your request, I'll contact you as soon as possible to prepare a quote. After you've approved it, we'll schedule a date and discuss the photoshoot.

Step 3 - Before the photoshoot

We agreed on a time and date for the photoshoot beforehand. (You can read all the information about canceling a photoshoot here .) If I arrive at a location, I will send an invoice with the 50% deposit and my applicable travel expenses no later than 72 hours before the agreed-upon date. This is €0.30 per km from 3053 GV (Netherlands) and 6622 (Austria). This way, we both secure our time.
This must be paid 24 hours prior to the photoshoot.

Step 2 - What should you pay attention to during your photoshoot?

A number of points that are useful to pay attention to:

• Make sure all rooms/areas are cleaned and in order for the photoshoot.
  Please also remember to make the beds!

• It's best to schedule the photoshoot on a changeover day or when the property is vacant. Don't underestimate the amount of time I need to fully capture each room/space!

Step 4 - After the photoshoot

After the photoshoot, you'll receive a gallery of unedited photos within 72 hours. These have been carefully selected by me based on sharpness, composition, etc. This number can vary considerably depending on the size of the order. You can order additional edited photos for €25 each.
 
Once you've selected the photos you'd like edited, I'll send you the remaining invoice. This invoice must be paid first. I'll then start working on the photos, and you'll receive them within six weeks (after the date the remaining invoice is paid). I'll keep you updated on the progress of the editing process throughout. You'll also receive a notification when the edited photos are in a separate folder in your personal gallery, where you can download them in various resolutions. I'll clearly explain how to select them in the email! So don't worry!
I also really try to put all my effort and love into the photos, so that your property shines with a cozy, warm, and most magical atmosphere!
 
Please note: it is NOT possible to receive the unedited photos.
