1 How do the first steps work?

If I've piqued your interest and you'd like more information, please send me an email. Please indicate that you'd like to request a quote.

The following points are important for me to know for this quotation:

-What kind of building do you have?

- How many rooms/spaces should be included in the photo?

- How many photos do you need per room/space?

Would you like more photos of, for example, the parking lot, the exterior of the house, public areas inside the house, etc.? If so, how many?

- Location of your property.

Once you've submitted your request, I'll contact you as soon as possible to prepare a quote. After you've approved it, we'll schedule a date and discuss the photoshoot.

What should you pay attention to during a photo shoot?

A number of points that are useful to pay attention to:

Make sure all rooms/areas are cleaned and in order for the photoshoot.
Please also remember to make the beds!
It's best to schedule the photoshoot on a changeover day or when the property is vacant. Don't underestimate the amount of time I need to fully capture each room/space!

3 Before the photoshoot

We agreed on a time and date for the photoshoot beforehand. (You can read all the information about canceling a photoshoot here .) If I arrive at a location, I will send an invoice with the 50% deposit and my applicable travel expenses no later than 72 hours before the agreed-upon date. This is €0.30 per km from 3053 GV (Netherlands) and 6622 (Austria). This way, we both secure our time.

This must be paid 24 hours prior to the photoshoot.

4 After the photoshoot

After the photoshoot, you'll receive a gallery of unedited photos within 72 hours. These have been carefully selected by me based on sharpness, composition, etc. This number can vary considerably depending on the size of the order. You can order additional edited photos for €25 each.

Once you've selected the photos you'd like edited, I'll send you the remaining invoice. This invoice must be paid first. I'll then start working on the photos, and you'll receive them within six weeks (after the date the remaining invoice is paid). I'll keep you updated on the progress of the editing process throughout. You'll also receive a notification when the edited photos are in a separate folder in your personal gallery, where you can download them in various resolutions. I'll clearly explain how to select them in the email! So don't worry!

I also really try to put all my effort and love into the photos, so that your property shines with a cozy, warm, and most magical atmosphere!

Please note: it is NOT possible to receive the unedited photos.

I've been a horse rider for 14 years and am the proud eldest sister of my dog, Saar. That's why I specialize in dog and horse photography. I have an immense love for these animals and love capturing them! Many clients say their animal isn't photogenic or doesn't look good in photos... I don't believe that! Every animal is unique, and thanks to my extensive experience capturing them, I know exactly how to make your dog or horse shine in photos, each and every way.

After photographing these shoots extensively, another passion began to develop: providing other entrepreneurs with fresh, warm, and professional photos of their businesses. This is incredibly important if you want to take your business to the next level. You simply must have professional photos for this. That says it all: it exudes professionalism. I've had a passion for photography my whole life. So when I got my first camera for my 15th birthday, my great adventure began. I absolutely hated working for a boss and wanted to unleash my creativity and start my own business. I wanted to make a difference and saw a future in photography. Since then, I've been a full-time photographer. Entrepreneurship is no stranger to me; my parents used to own a restaurant, and it didn't stop there... In 2022, I embarked on a great adventure. I moved to Austria with my entire family. I continued my photography in this beautiful country, full of indescribable locations. It was here that my passion for making houses and other properties shine further blossomed. My parents bought their own apartment building, and photos were needed for it. More projects followed, and now, after two years, I'm active in both countries as a horse, dog, business, and property photographer!

I alternate between living in both countries, allowing me to make even more people happy with a magical memory or a professional company report for commercial use.

Welke bestanden ontvang ik?

Je ziet de JPG bestanden van de foto's in de uitzoek galerij. Dit worden ook wel de 'preview' foto's genoemd voor de klant. Dit zijn de bestanden die de camera maakt hoe die denkt dat de foto juist tot zijn recht komt. Daarnaast schiet ik nog een dubbel bestand. Namelijk NEF foto's. Dit is voor mij de bewerkings bestanden. Bij de levering van de foto's ontvang je altijd het eindresultaat in JPG bestand. Deze bewerkte foto's ontvang je altijd met en zonder logo. Zonder logo is alleen strikt bedoeld voor privé gebruik (zoals een afdruk in je eigen huis ophangen) en met logo is ter alle tijden bedoeld als je hem op social media of dergelijke online platformen gaat plaatsen.
Kan ik de onbewerkte foto's ontvangen?

Je kan geen onbewerkte foto's bij mij ontvangen. Ik bewerk de foto's met een reden: mijn stijl toevoegen waar jij mij ook voor boekt. De foto's zijn voor mij zonder de bewerking simpel weg niet klaar. Ik licht vaak het onderwerp eventjes wat op, zodat jullie er mooi uit springen, ik maak de foto ook een stuk warmer en gezelliger en ik zorg dat alle kleuren wat meer in balans zijn. Vaak willen klanten ook nog een paar dingetjes weggewerkt hebben, zoals een elastiekje om de pols, een raar plukje haar of een oortje van hun paard of hond naar voren. Je kiest een professionele fotograaf om hun bewerking stijl en sfeer en niet voor de onbewerkte foto's lijkt mij! Je moet het zo zien, je vraagt een schilder ook niet om alleen de primer op de muur te verven, toch? ;) Daarnaast staan op deze foto's niet mijn logo en kunnen deze op het internet voor de verkeerde doeleinde gebruikt worden. Ik plaats op mijn Instagram ook altijd de foto's met logo's en vraag mijn klanten dit ook te doen.
Kan ik later nog extra foto's bij bestellen?

Natuurlijk kan dit. Je foto's blijven bewaard bij mij! Wel loopt je persoonlijke uitzoek galerij af na een maand, maar je kan mij gerust een mailtje sturen met de vraag of ik hem opnieuw wil uploaden.
Mag ik zelf een locatie uitkiezen voor mijn fotoshoot?

Jazeker. Je mag zelf een gewenste locatie uitkiezen. Let alleen op de reiskosten die nog bovenop het fotoshoot pakket erbij komen.
Ik wil graag met meerder personen/paarden/honden een fotoshoot boeken.

Wat onwijs leuk dat je met meerdere personen of dieren op de foto wilt. Voor een extra tarief van €40 per persoon/dier is dit ook zeker mogelijk. Geef dit bij de boeking ook even aan.
Hoe kan ik de titel van mijn veelgestelde vragen wijzigen?

Je kunt de titel bewerken via het tabblad 'Instellingen' in het FAQ-onderdeel in de Editor. Om de titel uit je mobiele app te verwijderen, ga je naar het tabblad 'Site en app' in je Wix owners-app en tik je op 'Aanpassen'.
Waar is je prijs op gebaseerd?

Ik heb mijn prijs gebaseerd op de kosten die ik voor de fotografie maak. In de prijs zit een stukje klantencontact, foto's zelf maken, foto's uitzoeken, administratie, het online zetten in een persoonlijke uitzoek galerij, foto's bewerken en uiteindelijk opsturen. Hier komt heel veel uur werk bij kijken. De meeste klanten vergissen zich daar in. Vandaar dat ik hier informatie over deel. Gemiddeld ben ik zo'n 12 uur bezig per shoot.
Ik wil een fotoshoot cadeau geven aan iemand, hoe werkt dat?

Zeker! Ik heb een gift card voor de fotoshoots. Vul even op deze pagina het formulier in en dan maak ik het in orde en hebben we even contact over de informatie over de kaart!
Hoe ver van tevoren moet ik de fotoshoot inplannen?

Het is aan te raden om minimaal 4 weken van tevoren een fotoshoot te boeken. Wil je graag op korte termijn een fotoshoot? Bijvoorbeeld vanwege ziekte of dat je paard of hond niet lang meer heeft? Dan kan je ten aller tijde gewoon contact opnemen met mij. Ik zal dan altijd mijn uiterste best doen om ergens een plekje voor je te creëren!
Ik moet helaas de fotoshoot afzeggen. Hoe nu verder?

Natuurlijk hoor ik dit zo snel mogelijk. Ik kan dan namelijk nog iemand anders op jouw plaats inplannen. Lees voor regels over het afzeggen van een fotoshoot hier.
Ik heb een afspraak gepland staan voor een fotoshoot, alleen voorspellen ze regen...

Ik houd gedurende de dagen voorafgaand aan de fotoshoot met de klant nauw contact hierover. We kiezen dan gewoon samen een nieuwe datum uit mocht het weer het niet toelaten.
