General Terms and Conditions
Here you can find the General terms and conditions of Byannedegrund Photography. These terms and conditions apply to every shoot, walk-along day, workshop, photo trip etc.
Shoots
Duration
All shoots are based on times that they may last maximum. It is of course possible that we are finished much faster or use the full time for example.
Editing time
When the photos are selected by the customer on their personal order page, I have 4 weeks to edit all the photos. For corporate shoots this can take 5 weeks. If this takes longer due to certain circumstances, I will of course let the customer know. Of course I will try to keep the editing time as short as possible.
Photo rights
All rights of the photos are at all times with me. This means that you may not resell the photos or make a profit with them. If this does happen, I will be forced to send compensation. If you want to buy the rights of the photos, please contact me (copyright). There is a difference between buying shoot photos and buying the rights of shoot photos.
My photos may not be cropped in any way so that my logo is not visible. Also, no extra filters may be applied to my photos for example for posting on social media. If this does happen after a warning, an amount of €100 will be charged . You choose me as a photographer because of my style that you like. Of course, I always ask the customer for permission to use the photos for the website (portfolio) and Instagram & Facebook (portrait rights).
Payments
Dutch photoshoots: If travel expenses have been quoted, these must be paid 24 hours prior to the shoot, in case of no-show.
I work with a 50% deposit prior to the photoshoot to ensure both of our time. After receiving your chosen selection, I will send an invoice that must be paid first. Then I will start the editing process. You will receive an invoice from me where you can then transfer the amount to the indicated bank account number with the invoice number.
Gift Card
The Gift Cards are valid for a maximum of 2 years and may only be used by the person and package price on the card. Gift Cards are non-returnable.
Bookings
(Valid from May 23, 2024) All shoots are based on 3 people/animals. If you want to be photographed with your friend(s), girlfriend(s), mother, father, grandpa or grandma with an extra animal, this is possible for €40 per person or animal extra.
All bookings are exclusive of travel expenses. By booking you automatically agree to the general terms and conditions.
Dresses
During a shoot (mainly used in horse photography) you have the possibility to rent a dress. The dress should be handled with care. If something happens, such as the horse standing on the dress and possibly tearing it, compensation must be paid. The amount of this varies per damage.

Cancel
Once a photo shoot is confirmed it cannot be cancelled within a certain time frame. Except for an exceptionally valid reason, such as death or medical reasons and the shoot will be moved to another date.
Photoshoots Austria terms and conditions:
Prior to my trip to Austria for your photoshoot, you will receive an invoice in advance with the deposit of half of the photoshoot amount. This way to assure your spot and my time. I drive to Austria especially for your requests. This costs me a lot of time and energy and therefore there are some conditions attached. I hope for your understanding.
Do you cancel within 4 to 3 weeks prior to the photo shoot? Then 20% will be charged.
Do you cancel within 3 to 2 weeks prior to the photo shoot? Then you will be charged 40%.
Do you cancel within 2 to 1 weeks prior to the photo shoot? Then you will be charged 80%.
Do you cancel within 1 to 0 weeks prior to the photo shoot? Then 100% will be charged.
These conditions apply to all cancellations by the client without a valid reason such as medical or death.
Bad weather?
If during your photo shoot bad weather is predicted I will give you a new option to move the photo shoot to. You and I will only be in Austria for a certain period of time so please keep in mind that the photo shoot can be rescheduled. If you cannot make the other options the deposit will remain.
Fotoshoots Netherlands terms and conditions:
Do you cancel within 2 to 1 weeks prior to the photoshoot? Then 40% will be charged.
Do you cancel within 1 week to 1 day prior to the photo shoot? Then you will be charged 60%.
Do you cancel on the day itself or don't show up? Then 100% will be charged.
Bad weather?
If bad weather is predicted during your photo shoot, we will work together to find a new date to schedule the photo shoot!
Minishoots
The mini shoots always have a date set by me. The mini shoots take place with a minimum of 3 participants.
Do you cancel within 1 week to the day of the mini shoot? Then you have the possibility to find a replacement for your spot. If there is no replacement, 25% will be charged.
Don't show up? Then 100% will be charged.
These conditions apply to all client cancellations without a valid reason such as medical or death.
Bad weather?
If bad weather is predicted during the mini shoots we will jointly look for a new date or suitable time to schedule the mini shoots!
Complaints
A complaint about the photos taken during your photoshoot must be officially reported to me by email within 3 days. A complaint about the time when I took the photos must be officially reported to me by email within 7 days. Outside of that time, the complaint will not be processed. I will look at the content of the complaint with all seriousness and together we will find a suitable solution. If the complaint concerns the photos taken and this is reasonable, a new appointment will be made in the relevant case to achieve the desired result. All solutions are possible except for reclaiming the shoot amount and any expenses incurred by the customer.
Risk
During the shoot, the photographer is not liable for anything. Participating in a shoot and the belongings that are brought to the shoot are at everyone's own risk. This applies to material and immaterial damage.
After editing
As a photographer, I am free to fill in the photos in post-processing, as I think is appropriate and beautiful.
The photographer is not liable for the difference in quality of photos after personal use of the photos. It is also not possible to receive the unedited photos. Why? I'll gladly tell you more about that here !
Photoshop lesson
The Photoshop lesson is recorded and this video may of course not be forwarded to anyone. This lesson is meant for you and is also tailor-made for you and the video will also remain in your own possession. If the video does come into someone else's possession, I am forced to charge you the amount of the Photoshop lesson again.
Photo tour

The participant will receive the invoice of the booked lodge for the photo trip after the booking has taken place via email personally from Anne de Grund. The participant has 3 days (from the day of the sent invoice) to make the payment. If the amount is not paid within the agreed period, Anne de Grund can cancel the booking and pass the spot to the next participant.

After the payment, you are guaranteed your place in the photo trip Austria 2024.

If the participant cancels 2 months or less before the photo trip begins without a valid reason, the full amount will not be returned until the participant's vacated spot is filled by someone else.

Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended in case of illness or death. However, this is the responsibility of the participant. No refunds can be made after booking if the participant has a substitute (as discussed in the previous point).

The photo trip will continue at all times due to weather conditions. May is a good month in terms of weather. Anne will move all photo shoots to appropriate times should the weather not allow it.

The participant is responsible for a valid ID card or passport.

It is the participant's responsibility to check and report any allergies (the first possibility was to report it during the booking process.

The participant is responsible for his/her own travel and cancellation insurance.

The participant is responsible for arranging their own round trip to Rinnen, Austria. This is not included in the photo trip cost.

The participant will receive the photo trip program from Anne de Grund at some point. This may not appear on social media (including stories) and may not be forwarded.

During the trip, the participant will take pictures during the photo shoot. You have the right to use these photos for your portfolio. If you want to use the photos for advertising purposes, please first ask written permission from the relevant model who is in the picture.

The participant is responsible for informing Anne de Grund before April 22 if she has any allergies or other issues that Anne de Grund can take into account.

Is the participant dissatisfied with the photo trip? Then there is the possibility to send in a complaint within 7 working days after the trip. The participant can never receive a refund due to costs already incurred. Anne de Grund will decide on an appropriate solution.

Personal data about the participants will never be forwarded or published.

The prices of the photo trip cannot be discussed.

The participant is responsible to bring his/her own equipment to the trip. Think of body + Lens(zen), memory cards, battery + charger, laptop, hard drive etc.

During the trip, video and photo recordings will be made for advertising the trip. Don't want to be on camera? Then you have the possibility to indicate this before May 10, 2025.

It is not possible to book an extra night or arrive earlier because of our other bookings before and after the trip.

Anne de Grund determines everything around the photo trip.
